You will be a Systems Engineer, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems that meet specific requirements. Our team is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems, and we’re looking for a skilled and experienced systems engineer to join our team. What You Will Be Doing As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing systems that meet specific requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring compatibility among system components
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within systems, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve problems, and communicating effectively with teams and customers
  • Continuously analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making enhancements to increase efficiency, functionality, and safety
  • Managing projects, coordinating with different teams, and managing timelines and budgets to ensure successful system integration and implementation

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
