• Remote Work From Home Lead the Strategic Vision for Enterprise-Scale, Cloud-NativeHealthcare Platforms HTC Global Services is seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Architectto drive the design and delivery of secure, scalable, high-impactsolutions across our healthcare client landscape.

In this fullyremote position, you will define and own enterprise architecturefor Salesforce platforms integrated with cutting-edge technologieshelping modernize mission-critical healthcare systems across thecountry. This is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to lead digitaltransformation at the enterprise level. You’ll collaborate directlywith executive stakeholders, guide technical delivery teams, andset architectural direction for complex, multi-cloud, multi-orgenvironments that support thousands of users and adhere to strictHIPAA, CMS, and industry compliance standards. What You’ll Do Lead cross-functional IT Architecture groups that develop solutionstrategies and review designs from an enterprise perspective. Serve as the lead architect on projects, vendor work, and similarefforts in complex technical areas or in domain leadership. Thisinvolves planning developing, maintaining, and reviewingapplication architecture. Serve throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ina variety of architecture engagements including Agile andcontinuous delivery, proof-of-technology. Guide and mentor technical teams through delivery cycles(Agile/SAFe preferred) Ensure architectural compliance with HIPAA and other healthcareregulations Represent architectural decisions to stakeholders and C-levelexecutives What You Bring 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5+ years as anenterprise or solution architect in Salesforce environments. Acombination of development, design, infrastructure/data centerand/or related IT disciplines. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification stronglypreferred Experience designing multi-org Salesforce implementations inregulated industries (healthcare preferred) Experience developing IT solution strategy involving multiplebusiness and IT stakeholders and their priorities. Must have experience with Salesforce administration and developmentfor at least 2+ years. Must have experience with Salesforce governor limits and platformarchitecture. Must have at least 3 years of direct infrastructure, system,application and/or other solution architecture experience drivingcomprehensive end-to-end solutions. Experience should include significant background leading broad andcomplex technical work with proven success in the design anddelivery of quality scalable IT solutions on time, on budget and incompliance with applicable requirements. Experience must include 5+ years’ experience in at least two of thefollowing (able to lead) and familiarity with most of the others(able to apply): Programming, database/analytics technologies andpractices, integration/middleware, infrastructure/cloud, andsecurity. Should include contemporary examples in each case (e.g.,contemporary programming languages or databases). Extensive experience in solution design principles and practices,system development methodologies, and software life cycles(inception through adoption). Visual modeling experience using architecture design notation suchas ArchiMate or UML. Experience coordinating vendor solution delivery and partneringeffectively with vendors to meet business needs. Excellent oral/written communication skills to successfullycommunicate at varied levels within the organization (technicaldetail with developers through executive presentations to C-Levelsappropriately adjusted for each audience). Prior leadership of architecture initiatives involvingcross-functional technical and non-technical teams Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or CMSguidelines is a major plus What Sets This Role Apart Enterprise Architectural Ownership
