We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong background in virtualization and systems management to join our team. Responsibilities As a Systems Engineer, you’ll: + Manage, deploy, and optimize virtualization platforms, primarily VMware (experience with Hyper-V and Proxmox is a plus). + Oversee storage systems, with a focus on PureStorage (preferred but not required). + Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, and 2022). + Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell. + Manage M365 and Intune for package deployment and system configuration. Requirements Must-Have Skills To excel in this role, you’ll need: + Demonstrated experience in virtualization technologies. + Proficiency in managing on-premises Windows environments, including hands-on experience with Windows Server. + Expertise in scripting with PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting. + Familiarity with M365 and Intune, particularly regarding package management. + A proven track record as a problem solver and independent thinker. Nice-to-Have Skills While not required, candidates with the following will stand out: + Hands-on experience with NinjaOne. + Networking knowledge. + Experience with Veeam for backup solutions.
