Boomi Developer Syntricate Technologies Inc. 801 Cates Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, analyze, and maintain Boomi integration solutions, including comprehensive documentation and ongoing support. Monitor Boomi integrations and APIs to ensure seamless performance and minimal downtime. Diagnose and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and connectivity problems. Investigate and debug errors by analyzing process logs, error details, and system behavior. Partner with development teams to optimize and enhance integration workflows. Apply updates and improvements to existing Boomi processes while adhering to best practices. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to deliver long-term resolutions for recurring issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and provide ongoing support. Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Preferred hands-on experience with Swagger, REST, SOAP, MQ, JSON, and microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and databases. Familiarity with communication protocols such as SFTP/FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, File I/O, AS2, and VAN. Experience with various connectors such as Salesforce (SF), Workday (WD), ServiceNow (SNOW), databases, and SFTP. Solid understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies. Possess at least two professional Boomi certifications (API, Core, Architect). Proven experience integrating ERP systems such as Infor, Salesforce, Workday, or other ERP platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with over 6 years focused on Boomi AtomSphere Platform. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in retail, supply chain, or logistics. Demonstrated ability to work across multi-business and cross-functional teams. Proficient in implementing real-time, batch, and ETL integrations. Hands-on experience with Boomi Atmosphere platform components: Platform architecture Boomi Atom Clouds, Local Atoms, and Molecules API security and management via API portal Experience in Agile project environments, including SCRUM and Kanban methodologies. Expertise in Boomi process development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Proficiency with Boomi connectors (Salesforce, Kafka, SQL, REST, SOAP, SFTP, FTP, etc.) and troubleshooting integration issues. Strong understanding of data formats such as XML, JSON, flat files, and EDI standards. Skilled in using SQL for debugging and data validation. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration scenarios. Experience with error handling, retry logic, logging, and alerting within Boomi. Familiar with integration best practices, performance optimization, and API security measures. Working experience in Java, JavaScript, SQL, CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset. Industry experience in supply chain or retail is required.
