Job SummaryTheInnovation and Solutions Team at NetApp is seeking a talentedSolutions Engineer to collaborate closely with customers andpartners, ensuring successful cloud journeys and driving theadoption of NetApp products and services. As a Solutions Engineer,you will leverage your strong understanding of cloud, AI, and dataplatforms to develop reference designs for innovative solutions,train sales teams, engage with technology partners, speak atindustry events, and provide valuable feedback to product teams forcontinuous improvement.

You will create proof-of-concept solutionsthat demonstrate the powerful capabilities of NetApp products andservices across public cloud environments, with a focus on AI,Analytics, and Generative AI. Additionally, you will develop andshowcase compelling demonstrations, author insightful blogs, andproduce solution content that makes the NetApp portfolio accessibleand appealing to both current and prospective customers.

As aninnovator, you will explore new and creative applications of theNetApp portfolio, staying ahead of technology trends in storage,data management, AI, and public cloud. The ideal candidate is aproactive self-starter, comfortable working with limitedsupervision, and possesses a deep understanding of data and storagetechnologies. Experience with the NetApp portfolio is a strongadvantage.

Job Requirements Develop new solutions and create associated enablement toolssuch as automation scripts, reference designs, videos, blogsetc. Work with customers pre and post sales to ensure theirsuccess Develop enablement curriculum and train technical sales andservices teams Present to customers and partners at industry events Influence technology strategy for current and future projectscommunicating strategic directions to management for adoption Customer-centric approach: Interact frequently with customersto understand requirements and act as a customer advocate toproduct planning Translate customer requirements into viable solutionsMinimumQualifications Experience working with one or more public clouds (AWS, Azure,or GCP) and experience working with one or more data platforms(such as Databricks or Snowflake) Experience with cloud native application development andtechnologies Understanding of cloud customer trends, use cases,technologies, and buyers Demonstrated ability to lead a high-impact technical engagementwith a customer/partner Excellent communication skills and experience producingwell-documented code samples, demos, tutorials, andblogs/vlogs Ability to lead across business unit teams and have stronginfluencing skills at the Senior and Executive levels The ability to work across teams with limited supervision Experience with ONTAP, Instaclustr, or BlueXP a plus Requires a minimum of 3 -years of -experience with storagetechnologies. Requires a minimum of 8 years working in customer facingenvironments. Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in solutiondevelopment. –

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is 180,200 – 268,400 USD.The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location,qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside ofthis range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in linewith industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, andinclude a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover HealthInsurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid TimeOff (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives,employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s),with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed bylocal laws, regulations, and company policies.
