Jenkins Full Job Description Genesys Developer Role Location:
Charlotte or Detroit Hybrid model•3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI.
Rate:
70-75/hr on W2/C2

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support evolving IVR and Web Messaging solutions. Analyze business requirements and assist in defining acceptance criteria. Collaborate with teams like Middleware and Salesforce. Write and execute test plans in an Agile environment. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required Skills:
Genesys Cloud CX Architect for IVR development. Experience with outbound predictive dialers and IVR dialers. API/Web Service integration (REST, Graph
