12 Months Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Google Cloud Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, etc. Proficiency with, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid grasp of cloud security principles and IAM configuration. Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Datadog. Understanding of networking, DNS, VPC, and firewall configurations in Google Cloud Platform. What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement Google Cloud Platform-based solutions to support scalable and secure applications. Manage and monitor cloud resources, services, and security using Google Cloud Platform-native tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide cloud architecture guidance. Support CI/CD pipeline integration and configuration on Google Cloud Platform. Perform cost optimization, security hardening, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot issues across cloud services and applications. Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices. Will work closely with DevOps, application development, and security teams to implement cloud solutions that align with our business goals.
