The Lead Operations Engineer (Individual Contributor) will focus on enhancing system operations through scripting, database management, monitoring, and automation initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in scripting languages, database systems, and operational monitoring tools. The engineer will be responsible for building automation processes from the ground up and supporting operational workflows across various platforms. Collaboration with internal teams and a commitment to operational excellence are key aspects of this position.
Required Skills:
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
Experience with operational monitoring tools such as Splunk and Prometheus.
Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for IT service management and incident tracking.
Ability to build automation solutions from scratch to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
Desired Skills:
