About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Specialty Software Engineer in Technology as part of Commercial and corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This role is for a senior developer to design and develop a Deal Tracking application. Candidate should be capable of working independently, as well as with team members, business analysts, management, and other technical staff to develop complex applications, using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics tools and solutions.

Lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domainsAssure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applicationsServe as a technical resource in finding software solutionsReview and evaluate user needs and determine requirementsProvide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applicationsCreate test data and conduct interfaces and unit testsDesign, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practicesUnderstand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesConduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvementsAssist other individuals in advanced software developmentCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform like Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas and MDA)4+ years of experience with M365 services especially with automating and integrating Teams and Planner4+ years of experience working with large scale and multi-tenancy environment of
Dynamics CRM and SQL ServerDesired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following
Enterprise Pipeline Tools:
TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT, Sonar, Blackduck or other CI/CD tools for Power PlatformStrong proficiency in MS Graph
API, REST
APIs, and JSONFamiliarity with PowerShell, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic AppsExperience in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban)Financial Services experience
