Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Power Platform Developer / SharePoint Developer for one of our top manufacturing clients. This individual will be joining an Agile Team within the IT space supporting a Product Supply line of business. This individual will be responsible for implementing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions for business problems utilizing SharePoint Online while simultaneously training the business users on how to utilize it as needed. The ideal candidate will come from a SharePoint Development background with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online, while also having experience building Power Apps and Power Automate. The candidate needs to be a hungry, go-getter individual who is willing and wanting to learn on a growing team. Candidate must have very strong communication skills. The developer is responsible for designing and developing custom solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The developer must comprehend business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions. Developing canvas and model-driven applications that align with user requirements. Implementing responsive design to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices. Designing and implementing automated workflows to optimize operations. Ensuring workflows are efficient, error-free, and thoroughly documented. Creating user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials. Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers. Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
