Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on Python Developer with a strong focus on API development and a passion for mentoring and leading offshore teams. This role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership, offering the opportunity to drive development efforts while guiding best practices across global teams. Experience with OpenShift Containers is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs using Python
Collaborate with architects and product teams to define system architecture
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
40%
Leadership:
Lead and mentor offshore development teams, driving performance and collaboration
Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning sessions and Agile ceremonies
Perform thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with business goals
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience developing APIs in Python
Solid knowledge of container orchestration using OpenShift
Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in managing distributed teams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PI planning processes
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Background in cloud-native application development
Knowledge of security and performance best practices for APIs
