About this role Senior Systems Engineering professional with deep knowledge andhighly developed technical expertise. Trains less experiencedemployees, applies expert knowledge to issues, and creates commonwork practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for engineering development of chiller systemtechnologies, to best meet the global market needs by integratingmultiple technologies in the product. Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller systemdesign. Develop chiller system architecture that meets or exceeds theproduct development requirements. Develop heat exchanger components in collaboration with heattransfer technology experts. Confirm product design performance, capability, and reliabilityin the engineering product test laboratory. Collaborate with the compression development team to seamlesslyintegrate the compressor design into the chiller design. Collaborate with manufacturing faculties to effectivelyimplement design into production. Collaborate with the product marketing teams globally todevelop product requirements and that the product their meets theirneeds when launched. Perform robust design and resolve development risk/issuethroughout the NPD stages P0-P5. Define, document, evolve best practice for development in thefocused area. Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations. Keep abreast of developments and innovation inspecialization. Provide training and mentoring for multiple team members, andlead by example within the team. Support chiller ETL/UL certification

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 5 + years of experience with water cooled chiller new productdevelopment

Preferred Qualifications:
