Job Description
We’re partnered with a market leader in the charging infrastructure space who have had immense success in the US and are growing rapidly! As part of this next phase of their growth, they’re adding a System Engineer to their team who will maintain the efficiency of all their DC Fast Chargers, managing new trends and any failures. • This role is fully onsite in North Carolina. •Visa sponsorships/transfers can be provided for this role
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor data available through log systems Identify working chargers, trends and failures Identify sequencing of errors of charging sessions to identify root cause Submitting data into Jira Performance testing – ensure issues are resolved and communicated with customer
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Min 2 years experience working in the DC Fast Charging space Strong knowledge of protocols & technical standards of OCPP (1.6 & 2.0) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have ⭐ : Experience with Python scripting Why apply ?
