The IT/Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in aligning state agencies need with technology solutions that drive innovation and manage/shape the overall IT strategy. The manager prefers someone to work on a hybrid arrangement. If possible, they would like the candidate to work onsite two days a week.
The position has responsibility for system’s analysis and design review which includes assuring that business problems are fully understood, detailed requirements are investigated and proposed, and to collaborate with both internal and external teams to create architecture design. One of the key responsibilities of the position is to create architectural models/diagrams of existing agency applications from multiple disciplines (business, systems, data, and technology) by gathering information from various sources within an organization and through an iterative approach, gain the necessary insight to accurately depict the architecture within each discipline. The IT/Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in aligning state agencies need with technology solutions that drive innovation and manage/shape the overall IT strategy.

Required Skills:

Must have 7 years experience for the bellow skills
Demonstrated experience working as a senior level technologist in a complex, large-scale organization: Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
Experience of enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, data management/integrations, systems development, and business processes
Demonstrated experience with IT governance, and the ability to define IT principles, standards, and framework that support the overall governance model
Demonstrated experience aligning enterprise architecture practice to business strategy, and the ability to map business strategy to IT capabilities
