Enterprise Solutions Architect Raleigh, North Carolina As our Enterprise Systems Architect you will design and within our market-leading Asset Finance Platform-as-a-Service business. At Mesa Solutions, Inc., we enable OEMs and Commercial Finance providers to quickly access industry leading capabilities. We are looking for individuals with strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Design to select the applications and infrastructure components of the Mesa Platform, as well as design the integrations and ongoing technical support model for all client implementations. The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively in agile environments with subject matter experts and technologists to develop sound enterprise architectures solutions and technology strategies. The Enterprise Systems Architect will be responsible for shaping, leading and delivering the technical design and implementation of the Mesa Platform. Through experience in large asset finance projects and ongoing support, you will have proven capability in providing technology leadership, delivering high quality, creative and scalable technology design, and timely and accurate production of agreed deliverables.

The Job:

Develop technology strategies and architectures to support the business vision of Mesa Solutions, enabled by realistic roadmaps of capability development framed within a well-defined governance Develop the architectural roadmap, gathering context and rationale that feeds the technology vision Contribute to the vetting and final selection of applications and platform components Develop business architecture and formally document architecture Work with Mesa Solutions business leadership to developed realistic platform development roadmap Support the definition of the application strategy and develop the roadmap to ensure a coherent approach to managing and rationalizing the application landscape for Mesa Solutions and all client implementations. Lead the design and setting up of architecture functions, including the definition of the architecture process, deliverables, and governance structure. Align business need and technology capability to maximize strategic impact, articulated in structured enterprise architectures, to help deliver tangible business outcomes without customization to core applications Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate and initiate programs Technical design and architectural advisory for clients seeking bespoke solutions

The Qualifications:

Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. Bachelors required, Masters preferred. Previous experience in a Technical Lead or Architect role in a large asset finance organization Previous experience establishing and managing a technology architecture and roadmap Experience working across technology domains such as Business Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Integration and Security 10+ years of increasing responsibility in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Asset Finance, Leasing. Experience with Oracle applications, particularly ERP (E-Business Suite), is required Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian, Workato or other Integration platforms is highly preferred Experience managing cloud providers eg. AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud is required Able to rapidly assess the IT implications of business strategy and the business implications of IT strategy Strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation, demonstrated through continued skills development Demonstrate a clear technology thinking and a sound understanding of technology solution design principles Ability to successfully relate technology solutions to business problems A passion for technology and how it can deliver business solutions Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, coupled with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner. Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent in others A track record of developing creative solutions on truncated timelines and limited budgets Flexibility to travel to client sites across the US and internationally
