Payrate:

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required with 3-5 years’ experience
- Resolution of 2nd and 3rd level support tickets and activates covering ERP software (SAP) and MES system and relevant hardware in the field.
- Acting as a lead technical expert on the site business applications to ensure applications are managed and maintained to meet the ongoing business requirements.
- Participate on IT Validation and Qualification testing activities covering Computer Systems, Computerized Equipment and IT Infrastructure, including disaster recovery testing.
- Technical Architect supporting implementation of IT Infrastructure and Operations Strategy. Providing technical analysis, design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of solutions according to standards.
- Resolving complex technical challenges to deliver consistent quality services to IT solutions and platforms.
Skills:
- Must have skills with SAP (our ERP software)
- Must understand networking including Cisco hardware
- Must have a strong demonstration of troubleshooting skills and documenting work.
- Must understand a ticketing system – ServiceNow is preferred.
