Job Details Payrate:

$53.00 – $53.21/hr.

Requirements:

• Associate s degree required with 3-5 years’ experience
• Resolution of 2nd and 3rd level support tickets and activates covering ERP software (SAP) and MES system and relevant hardware in the field.
• Acting as a lead technical expert on the site business applications to ensure applications are managed and maintained to meet the ongoing business requirements.
• Participate on IT Validation and Qualification testing activities covering Computer Systems, Computerized Equipment and IT Infrastructure, including disaster recovery testing.
• Technical Architect supporting implementation of IT Infrastructure and Operations Strategy. Providing technical analysis, design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of solutions according to standards.
• Resolving complex technical challenges to deliver consistent quality services to IT solutions and platforms.

Skills:

• Must have skills with SAP (our ERP software)
• Must understand networking including Cisco hardware
• Must have a strong demonstration of troubleshooting skills and documenting work.
• Must understand a ticketing system – ServiceNow is preferred.

is:

$53.00 – $53.21/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
