BAE Systems is seeking an experienced and energetic Chief Engineer(CE) to help lead our established and rapidly expanding engineeringteam in the CEMA Business Area. We are looking for a CE who can successfully assesscustomer technical requirements and lead the effort to derive thesystem technical baseline for a major new program. In this role youwill be the ‘hands on’ technical lead of a program, ensuring thesystem(s), product(s), and service(s) being developed and deliveredare viable, fit for purpose, and will satisfy customer needs,product/system requirements, and the mission and/or application.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Active Secret Security clearance and ability to obtain SpecialAccess clearances At least 10 years direct experience as Subject Matter Expert inRF EW payloads Experience designing, building, testing and integrating smallform factor payloads Demonstrated experience as a technical leader Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics ora related discipline Requirements development and derivation from top-level needsdown to sub-system needs Authoring white papers/RFIs for US Gov’t customers Leading or contributing significantly to proposals MBSE experience with

MagicDraw SCI Eligible Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$140690 – $239140 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factorsincluding, but not limited to: business considerations, localmarket conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidatequalifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
