BAE Systems islooking Systems Engineering Leads to work as part of across-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate,debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on deliveringinnovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technicalcontributions on a related range of Programs will include systemdevelopment, requirements development, integration & test, and testplanning and execution in a field deployment environment.
Responsibilities may include: Leading a medium or large team of Systems Engineers on EWrelated programs Managing all system engineering content and work products Understanding and implementing the product developmentprocess Schedule and cost account responsibilities for systemsteam Execution of systems planning and requirements development Creation and review of systems requirements to include,software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts Allocation of requirements to engineering disciplines Creating system test plans, procedures and reports Leading product design, development, integration, andverification Will have outside contact with customers, other contractors andgovernment officials. Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, andcustomer meetings Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally andwith customers. Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical PerformanceMeasures Supports proposal development activities, including proposaltext development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentationactivities.
This position will require you to be onsite in eitherNashua NH or Manchester NH. Because of the need for consistent,in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all workonsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will beperformed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted onlocation at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Experience performing systems engineering activitiesacross the development cycle(analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements,system modeling & simulation, system design & development, systemintegration & test)Experience developing viable concept solutions,identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technicalteamsEVMS certification and previous CAM experiencerequired.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills M.S. in Electrical Engineering,Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11years of experience or Ph.D. with 9 years ofexperience.
Project/Program team member responsible for workflow,which is dynamic in nature. Experience with EW and/or Radar andMissile SystemsExperience with technical performance measurementsand cost account management.
Model based systems engineeringexperience with tools such as MagicDraw.
Familiarity or experiencewith Agile Systems EngineeringActive United States securityclearance,
