The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for providingtechnical leadership across the platform, assessing the impact ofnew requirements, working with the Enterprise Architecture team,managing all technical aspects of the Platform Support Team, andensuring that the platform aligns with business strategy andgovernance decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Provides technicalleadership by documenting the platform and analyzing the impact ofnew requirements.
- Ensures that the platform aligns with businessstrategy and governance decisions.
- Offers consultative technicalguidance to the Platform Support Team.
- Develops and maintains acomprehensive view of the existing architecture.
- Oversees alltechnical aspects of the Platform Support Team.
- Appliesarchitectural controls effectively.
- Demonstrates advanceddeveloper expertise and addresses complex technical issues.
- Collaborates closely with the Enterprise Architecture team.

- 7-8 years ofdata related experience.
- 3-4 years of experience leading andmanaging teams of 5 or more.
- 3-4 year of experience working withdata in ServiceNow.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technicalfield or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Officetools such as Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven track record of managing customer expectations, deliveringprojects within scope and budget, and addressing issues affectingproject success.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintainfocus on the bigger picture.
For Princeton, NJ Only the salaryrange for this position is USD$148,000.00 – USD$200,000.00 .Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionarybonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, andretirement benefits.
