OneStream Technical Lead Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Job Description:

Our client, a major bank in Central, NJ, is looking forOneStream Technical Lead. Hybrid commute, 2 days on-site in CentralNJ Locations and 3 day remote per week. This is a permanent FTcareer opportunity, with base salary range 160 -190K DOE, plusaround 20% bonus and great benefits package.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of OneStreamsolutions from Finance IT side, ensuring best practices arefollowed by vendor team. Conduct/Participate in workshops to gatherrequirements, identify challenges, and recommend solutions Definesolution structure, including system integrations, data flows, andfinancial reporting. Provide design input for customized workflows,calculations, and financial models. Create technical designdocumentation, including requirements and RTM. Oversee OneStreamimplementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Lead data migration and integration with ERP and financial systems.

Serve as the primary Finance IT contact, providing expert guidanceand support throughout the implementation. Provide training to usercommunity on OneStream functionality and best practices. Mentorcross-functional teams, offering architectural guidance to ensuresuccessful application development.

Required Qualifications:

8-10years of relevant EPM solution implementation experience with 3years OneStream experience Experience in building metadata,business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, performingdata reconciliation, building custom rules and reportsUnderstanding of Finance business processes, and in OneStreammodules specifically around close and consolidation and FinancialPlanning and Analysis Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and otherfinancial systems. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and scriptinglanguages such as VB.net. Solid experience working on OneStreamFinancial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting. Strong knowledgeof financial processes, including consolidations, intercompanyeliminations, and multi-currency translation.

Preferred:

Priorexperience in Hyperion /SAP BPC. Experience leading implementationson at least 1 deployment in an architect role.

Expertise inOneStream modules:

Forecasting, Balance Sheet Substantiation.

Proven success in implementing OneStream solutions for largeorganizations, managing complex financial data and systems.

Proficient in developing dashboards and analytics to supportoperational and management reporting, focusing on KPIs andnon-financial data.
