Job Summary:
Providesystems integration services for interactive data wallapplications, combining hardware and software components. Leadremote and on-site system and network integration efforts.
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience in:
- Installing andmaintaining TCP/IP network environments
- Hardware/softwaretroubleshooting (Dell and other systems)
- Windows administrationand troubleshooting
- Software and OS component installs
- Readingand interpreting engineering drawings
- Performingcomponent/interface-level integration tests
- Communicatingtechnical information to non-technical audiences
- Collaborating inteam environments and independently handling tasks
Knowledge of:
- OSI Layers 2-4 networking
- Video/audio integration forcollaborative systems
Certifications & Skills PreferredCertifications:
- InfoComm CTS
- CompTIA Security
SecurityClearance:
Top Secret and/or TS/SCI preferred (or ability toobtain)
- Must be comfortable using hand tools Proficiency in:
- MSWindows Server 2012-2022
- MS Windows 10/11
- MS Office SuitePhysical Demands /
Work Environment:
- Frequent travel toinstallation/support sites
- Ability to lift and transportequipment/tools up to 50 lbs.
