Job Description:

• This is an Information Technology Operationsbased role that supports our Michigan Assembly Plant where theBrand-New Bronco and Ranger are built.
• As a member of the PlantI.T. team you are up close and assist the plant in producing thesevery exciting and new vehicles for the NA consumer market.
• Aspart of the job responsibilities, you will interface and supportthe IT Infrastructure & Applications that the plant uses to producethese exhilarating vehicles.
• You will also lend your knowledgeand experiences to support process improvement efforts towardflexible and lean manufacturing, error proofing and themanufacturing execution systems within the facility.
• Thesuccessful candidate will be working with a global team to providesupport that includes technical troubleshooting, data analysis ≺oblem resolution for the applications & infrastructure on theplant floor and lead various efforts to ensure all responsiblemanufacturing applications meet productivity goals.
• This positionprovides an excellent opportunity to apply IT Skills tomanufacturing but to also acquire manufacturing experience thatwill enhance long-term career potential.

What you’ll do

• Support a multi-shift operationin a manufacturing plant.
• Must be able to work on site withflexible hours and support weekend production when necessary.
• Provide technical support (I.T. Applications, Infrastructure,operating systems, end-user-productivity tools) to plant businesscustomers throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Interface withcorporate IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.
• Support Plant Floor Systems / Corporate teams in resolvingincidents; Provide triage and execute business continuity plans,support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams andother global teams (e.g. DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control,Network Operations) if necessary.
• Focus on the integration / longterm maintenance of applications and hardware.
• Assist site ITmanager with managing assignments and workload.
• Develop,maintain, and share, accurate support documentation.
• Support oflocal network equipment in a Cisco based environment.
• Support oflocal servers across both physical and virtual environments in aWindows and Linux based ecosystem.
• Support of Factory of Tomorrowdeployments and expansion efforts utilizing IIOT, iOS,software-defined network, mobile, and Android based equipment.

Experience Required:

• 3 years of experience supporting EnterpriseIT
• Manufacturing experience.
• A strong desire to learnmanufacturing operations and business practices from an ITperspective is required.
• Broad business and manufacturingperspective is helpful. Understanding of computer-based tools,computing infrastructure and interest in processes that supportmanufacturing is core.
• A willingness to work in a high-pressureproduction environment and flexible working shift is a foundationin this space.
• A willingness to learn, adapt and embrace newtechnologies is key.
