ABOUT US
Economic Cleaning Services LLC is a fast-growing cleaning, handyman, and emergency services company operating in both New York City and Santo Domingo. We are developing a global business app to manage clients, employees, partners, and service operations — and we need a talented developer to bring it to life. ????
YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for building our official business app from scratch using Glide or a similar no-code platform. You’ll work side-by-side with our CEO to turn a full app blueprint into a functioning, secure, and user-friendly system. ????
THE APP WILL INCLUDE
Modules:
Client portal (service requests, photo uploads, payments) Employee portal (assignments, GPS check-in/out, receipts, training) Admin panel (assign jobs, approve expenses, GPS monitoring, reports) Commercial partner portal (companies requesting staff or services) Full legal structure (digital contracts, policies, permissions) Payment processing, QuickBooks-friendly export, WhatsApp integration Role-based access, digital signatures, performance dashboards ⚖️
LEGAL & GLOBAL COMPLIANCE
The app must comply with U.S. and Dominican labor and privacy laws Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Digital Contracts required App should scale globally but focus primarily on NY and Santo Domingo ✅
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience building apps using Glide, Adalo, Bubble, or similar Must speak and understand English Must be available to work on-site at 2235 Bassford Avenue, Bronx, NY Must understand user roles, data structures, and legal compliance in apps Must be able to show portfolio or working app examples Knowledge of QuickBooks, Stripe/PayPal integrations, and Zapier is a plus ????
