VPN Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to develop cloud architectures, frameworks, standards, governance, and policies for our organization. This role requires close collaboration with business users and technical teams to assess requirements and design hybrid/multi-cloud solutions that align with business and security objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive AWS experience and strong hybrid infrastructure knowledge to lead architecture design, governance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with business needs. Develop cloud governance frameworks, policies, standards, and documentation (Visio diagrams, implementation guides). Engage with cross-functional teams to assess application suitability for cloud migration and create roadmaps. Lead hybrid cloud integrations and on-premises to cloud migrations. Guide cloud engineering teams and support implementation as needed.

Technical Expertise:

Cloud Platforms:

AWS (4-6 years mandatory), including multi-account AWS Organizations management ) Azure & Experience in Google Cloud Platform)

Cloud Networking:

VPC design, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPNs, Load Balancers, hybrid connectivity. Infrastructure as

Code:

Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.

CI/CD & Automation:

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Cloud Security:

IAM, RBAC, WAF, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, Secrets Manager, CIS/NIST frameworks.

Data Services:

AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, RedShift, Glue, Lake Formation, Athena.

Serverless & Containers:

Lambda, Fargate, ECS, EKS.

Monitoring & FinOps:

CloudWatch, SolarWinds, Cost Explorer, FinOps best practices.

SIEM:

Splunk, Chronicle Security.

CDNs:

CloudFront, Global Accelerator, Cloudflare, Akamai.

Disaster Recovery & Backup:

RTO/RPO compliance.

Required Skills:

4-6 years of experience in hybrid on-prem and multi-cloud architecture. Deep understanding of cloud frameworks, governance, and security standards. Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and cloud services. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for documentation (2-3 years). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms. Preferred Certifications (Optional): AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional level preferred) Azure Architect or OCI Architect certifications Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) FinOps Practitioner certification
