Job Description:

The consultant will adhere to the application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Project Names:

(1) Billing and Collection System
(2) iNB (Integrated New Business) System
(3) iPAM (Integrated Policy Administration and Maintenance) System
The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers
Develop batch application using .net, oracle
Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
Communicate software requirements to app dev team members
Develop software with modern web development frameworks
Skills Needed
84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy administration and maintenance for Workers Compensation Insurance
84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy billing and collection for Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance
84 months experience in development, support and implementation of
software related to quote processing following the guidelines for Workers Compensation Insurance
84 months experience with Oracle PL/SQL utilizing Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers and Advanced Queuing
84 months experience as a .Net application developer – TFS/Azure DevOps,
visual studio with visual studio 2019 or newer
84 months experience with web browser application development using Javascript, CSS, XML, Xslt, Json, html and AJAX.
36 months experience with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
