Full Job Description Job Title:
Salesforce Architect Basic Objective As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, within budget, and delivered on time. Specific Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales, Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau and other core products.
- Design and build custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Expertise in object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL).
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs, MuleSoft, or Data Loader.
- Provide Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, including design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Configure and manage Salesforce-related third-party applications.
- Offer consulting and coaching on best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation.
- Set up new users and profiles, manage custom objects, workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards, and views.
- Maintain the overall Salesforce system, including data loads and website-to-Salesforce integration.
- Assist with data migration from other systems.
- Ensure the quality and responsiveness of the Salesforce platform and applications.
- Design and develop APIs.
- Stay updated on product, technology, and market trends.
- Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements. Process Responsibilities
- Develop use case products delivering rapid and regular business value.
- Support business continuity of deliverables and analyses.
- Participate in sessions with Salesforce customers and team members to understand business requirements and processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related field required. Under some circumstances Associate Degree in Information Technology and minimum 10 years experience will be accepted. 2. 10+ years of SFDC experience preferred. A mix of CRM related systems experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service. Experience in a Tableau is also desirable.
