We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer- Atlassian Cloud to join our team and help drive the evolution of our enterprise applications. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions across Atlassian cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with various business teams to understand their requirements, design process-driven solutions, and implement scalable technical configurations to meet organizational goals. What you’ll do: Collaborate with business teams to build custom solutions in Atlassian cloud products – primarily Jira and Confluence. You will analyze business cases, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement system configurations, automations, and integrations for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and performance. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency. Act as a technical advisor and solutions architect, recommending best practices and improvements in system usage. Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to governance and security standards. Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems to improve reliability and user experience. Manage system migrations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Document system configurations, changes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing. Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to support enterprise systems and integrations.

Who you are:

BS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field and 4-6+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering or a associated field. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud enterprise application
