Job Summary The Sr. Product Specialist(T) will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing IBM Maximo Asset Management systems. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions the candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The role requires a deep understanding of asset management processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and optimize IBM Maximo Asset Management systems to ensure peak performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement asset management solutions that meet business needs. Analyze system requirements and develop detailed specifications to enhance system functionality. Provide technical expertise and support to ensure seamless integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems. Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues and minimize system downtime. Oversee the implementation of system upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and security. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Maximo systems. Monitor and report on system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development of strategic plans for asset management and technology integration. Qualifications 15 years of experience validating Maximo systems under 21 CFR part 11 compliance under GMP practices and 2 years successful deployment of MAS 8.X and 9.X in validated Life Science Industry 15 years of experience in EAM including implementation system installation customization configuration upgrades patch management integration and data migration Experience with ABS Proprietary Tools for Data Migration and Data Archival 15 years of Life Science International system support including
