In This Role, You Will:

• Lead complex IT projects—from cloud migrations to server and network deployments.
• Guide clients through Microsoft 365 and Azure transformations.
• Assess, design, and implement IT infrastructure aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales on scoping and architecture.
• Serve as a technical mentor and emerging leader within the project team.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with leadership in complex infrastructure or cloud projects. Team leadership or management experience preferred.
• Expertise in M365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and storage.
• Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise, NinjaOne, or Kaseya.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect or M365 Enterprise Admin preferred.

$80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
