Description EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S. Minimum requirements for the position are: 3 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Systems Engineer), Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, SW Maintenance Engineer, Developer, Network Support Engineer, Database Analyst, Developer, DevOps Engineer, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Systems Analyst, or closely related occupation. Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Duties:
Follow and understand a defined
ITIL/ ITSM
process and contribute to process improvement.
Work closely with the software development staff to design and build production systems.
Provide 24×7 support, maintenance and improvement, and monitoring for production environments.
Install, configure, and upgrade software, interface with vendors for technical support, upgrades, bug fixes, etc. as necessary.
Write and review support and end-user documentation.
