You will also collaborate closely with AI and MachineLearning teams to ensure platform readiness, technical integration,and scalable infrastructure support for new intelligent productexperiences. Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire multipleengineering teams delivering core marketplace platform capabilitiesacross Web, Mobile, MarTech, and Automation Services.
• Drivetechnical excellence and scalability across our Vue/Nuxt webecosystem and native/Flutter mobile frameworks.
• Partner withAI/ML teams to support infrastructure needs and accelerate thedelivery of intelligent experiences.
• Scale automation andmarketing technology solutions that improve reliability,discoverability, and growth of the marketplace.
• Build and evolveinternal tooling, frameworks, and workflows that enable engineeringteams to move faster with less friction, reducing context switchingand accelerating velocity by leveraging modern engineeringadvancements.
• Invest in SDLC visualization and platform-levelinsights to help teams identify bottlenecks, streamline handoffs,and drive continuous improvement across the full productdevelopment lifecycle.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation,technical craftsmanship, operational excellence, andcross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor engineering managers andsenior engineers, fostering growth, accountability, and highperformance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, roadmapdevelopment, and platform investment prioritization in partnershipwith senior leadership. What it takes to catch our eye:
• Provenexperience leading multi-team engineering organizations with afocus on application platforms, developer experience, ormarketplace enablement.
• Deep technical expertise with modern webframeworks (Vue, Nuxt) and mobile development (native, Flutter).
• Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, andhigh-availability cloud architectures, especially in support ofAI/ML product integration.
• Track record of improving engineeringvelocity through thoughtful investments in tooling, automation, anddeveloper workflows.
• Passion for driving SDLC insights andprocess transparency through data, instrumentation, and cross-teamcollaboration.
• Strong ability to collaborate withcross-functional leaders in AI, Product, Design, and Marketing todrive end-to-end platform outcomes.
