The Fujifilm Cloud Services Lead Tech Engineer is responsiblefor being the technical lead on all projects and support within theFujifilm Cloud Services environments. This would include leadingteams and projects, as well as providing technical guidance toother team members and customers. This role is also responsible forbuilding, maintaining, and supporting the highly- availableinfrastructure systems in order to deliver Synapse Cloud ServicesHosting, Disaster Recovery and Archiving services. The idealcandidate will possess hands-on experience in supporting andmanaging Windows Server infrastructure within AWS cloudenvironments, ensuring optimal performance, security, andscalability. An ideal candidate knows how to take charge and leadteams to accomplish a goal. They can make technical decisions andprovide advise to other engineers, within the boundaries of theirrole and follow policy and change management guidelines. Technicalproject management skills are strong for this candidate. Thisperson can lead calls, assign tasks to appropriate parties, andmanage follow up communication. They track progress and driveexecution. They should be innovative and have excellent analyticaland problem solving skills. One would be managing complex,distributed systems and will need to be skilled to diagnose andresolve complex problems. Attention to detail is necessary. Thiscandidate must also strive to solve problems at their root.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Windows Server Management:
Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server EC2 infrastructurehosted on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, andperformance.
Cloud Architecture:
Design, implement, and optimizeAWS hosted application solutions, utilizing best practices forscalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and performance.

Automation & Scripting:
Develop and maintain automation scripts(e.g., PowerShell, AWS CLI, or Terraform) to streamline theprovisioning, configuration, and management of AWS resources andWindows servers.
Security & Compliance:
Implement and managesecurity best practices in AWS, including patch management, accesscontrols, encryption, and network security for Windows-basedworkloads.
Incident Management:
Respond to and troubleshootWindows Server-related incidents in the AWS environment, ensuringminimal downtime and service disruption.
Backup & DisasterRecovery:
Design and implement robust backup, recovery, anddisaster recovery strategies for Windows servers in AWS to ensurebusiness continuity.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other ITteams, including DevOps, network, and security teams, to ensuresmooth integration of Windows servers into the broader cloudenvironment.
- Lead Cloud technical resource for customer Hostedand Disaster Recovery projects
- Responsible for supportingcustomers, both internal and external for 24/7 data centeroperations
- Implementation, maintenance, and support of largescale compute and storage environments
- Experience with supportingweb-based applications in a cloud environment
- Data migrationmanagement for efficiently moving large data sets with
- Strongleader in continual improvement efforts using lessons learneddocumentation knowledge sharing with peers, and new processdevelopment
- Responsible for oversight of the auditing of variousoperational knowledge areas
- Participation in on call rotation
- Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S.FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations,and standards.
- Duties may include other responsibilities taskedto role as necessary by management to support the Cloud Servicesoperations.
Qualifications :
Experience:
- Prior experience intechnical project management, managing technical teams, or teamlead experience
- Prior experience working with AWS environmentssupporting Windows operations systems preferred
- At least 10 yearsof Microsoft Windows Server operating systems experience
- Experience working remotely in mission-critical, operations supportenvironment
- At least 10 years of system, network and/orapplication administration
- Be an expert on technical topics inthe field of VMWare, Windows OS, Active Directory, data centerstorage and infrastructure management
Educational Requirements:
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Management InformationTechnology (IT) Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalentwork experience
Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:
- Musthave solid knowledge of networking for Cloud hosted solutions
- Must be capable of quickly picking up new concepts and be able toexecute them effectively.
- Have a complete understanding andability to troubleshoot the various systems and theirinterdependencies
- Proven ability to operate effectively in highpressure situations and successfully handle multiple competingpriorities
- Must be able to adapt and handle a varied workload andable to re-prioritize in a fast paced, changing environment
- Mustbe able to self-manage time and tasks efficiently to completeobligations without the need for direct supervision
- Ability tomake solid progress in the face of ambiguity and imperfectknowledge
- Must have the ability and confidence to take on thetechnical lead for operational teams
- Show leadership bycontributing ideas and solutions to problems
- Ability to decomposecomplex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions
- Abilityto interact with other teams to diagnose and solve technicalproblems as quickly and efficiently as possible

Physical Requirements:
