  • Build, support and implement a widerange of solutions using platform services for both internal andcustomer purposes.
  • Manage and configure platform infrastructures,applications, and collaboration tools.

  • Engaging directly with customers through status updates, changerequests, meetings, incident responses, and projects, whileunderstanding their needs and success criteria.
  • Monitoring anddiagnosing performance issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Optimizing existing environments and standardizing processesusing/developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stayupdated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and bestpractices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal andprofessional growth.
  • Track time and document work out of SHI’sPSA system, submitting weekly timesheets.
  • Align with leadershipand organization initiatives.
  • Mentor/Train lower tier engineeringemployees and service desk employees.
  • Involvement in a wide rangeof required Audit’s.
  • SOW Scoping, development, and build outassistance on a per-request basis.
  • Ownership, alignment,assessment (at times delivery) of customer Agile Cloud Engineeringrequests.
  • Assistance at all lower level’s where needed based onresource constraints. Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in arelevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years ofrelevant work experience (preferably in a managed servicesenvironment).
  • Expertise working with version control systems(such as Git, AzureDevOps).
  • Deep understanding of Azure coreservices including Azure Compute, Storage, Network, and Security
  • Expert level experience with additional Azure services includingAzure Virtual Desktop, Logic Apps, Analytics, etc.
  • Vastunderstanding of additional technologies including DNS, MicrosoftWindows Server, Active Directory Required Skills
  • Expert leveldesigning and building cloud solutions using Azure services andbuild/deploy using IAC – Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Provensuccess in contributing and taking lead on IT Projects,collaborating with internal/external customer, and ensuring timelydelivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Proficient inversion control systems (such as Git, AzureDevOps).
  • Expertknowledge with Windows Server/Linux OS/terminal/AWS CLI skills.
  • Extensive knowledge with Automation and Scripting – basic scriptingusing python, nodeJS or other.
  • Strong proven success inconducting technical internal/customer facing meetings in aprofessional manner.
  • Strong technical writing and communicationskills. Certifications Required
  • Microsoft Azure Professionallevel certificate or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
  • ITILv3 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Security Certifications:

Industry-recognized certifications suchas CISSP or CISM or ability to obtain within 9 months of hire.

Unique Requirements

  • Travel by air for up to 10% annually. Thistravel will primarily be for customer meetings, events, and office.
  • This position requires to work overtime and be open to workingduring holidays when business needs demand it.
  • As part of arotating on-call engineer schedule, you must provide after-hourssupport for escalations.
  • Maintain the required utilizationlevels. These requirements may change quarterly to align withevolving business needs. Additional Information
  • The estimatedannual pay range for this position is $70,000 – $140,000. Thecompensation for this position is dependent on job-relatedknowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore,will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, butare not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexiblespending.
