About the role:
The Mobile Platform team owns the frameworksand tooling that enable other developers at Samsara to build anddeploy mobile applications for our customers. Our apps are used byover 500k daily active users and we’re excited to work towardsgrowing that number to 1M DAU as we support teams across thecompany in building mobile-first customer experiences. Our teambuilds and maintains a variety of infrastructure including reusableUX components and design systems, SDKs, continuous integrationsystems, monitoring tools, and networking and persistence layerframeworks. The systems we own are leveraged across multipleapplications and business units and impact teams across thecompany. We use React Native, Typescript and Redux for our mobileapps, Golang for our backend, and GraphQL to communicate betweenthem. This position is fully remote. This is a remote role open tocandidates residing in the US.

- Propose, design, implement, and documentshared components/frameworks for use across multiple applicationswithin our ecosystem.
- Consult with and mentor other engineeringteams to guide them through mobile-specific concerns as they planand build customer-facing features.
- Ensure a top-qualitydeveloper experience by improving the reliability and usability ofour continuous integration, metrics collection, and mobile buildsystems.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 4 years of fullstack experience developing and deliveringenterprise software.
- 1 years of experience working on amobile-focused team.
- 1 years of experience working with eitherReact or React Native in a professional setting.
An ideal candidatealso has:
- Experience with Redux and GraphQL.
- Experience workingwith microservices.
- Experience on a platform team servinginternal engineers.
- Experience shipping and maintaining featuresover several years.
- Experience leading projects with severalengineering contributors.
