This role will beintegral to enhancing our Salesforce platform, with a focus onimplementing scalable and efficient solutions to support thequote-to-cash lifecycle, pricing automation, and sales operations.
As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploycustom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flowswithin the Salesforce platform.
- Support and enhance theSalesforce CPQ instance (guided selling, pricing logic, productbundles, quote templates).
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to understand business requirements and translate them intoscalable technical solutions.
- Participate in the full developmentlifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing,deployment, and support.
- Identify and recommend best practicesaround Salesforce CPQ and custom development.
- Contribute toplatform governance: user access controls, data quality,performance, and documentation.
- Identify improvementopportunities and apply best practices to increase platformefficiency and maintainability.
- Ensure Salesforce platformgovernance, data quality, and performance tuning.
- Ability to workboth independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Youllbe a great addition to the team if you have:
- 5 years ofexperience in Salesforce development, including experience withCPQ,Apex, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
- 2-3 end toend Sales Cloud applications implementation experience(Account/Lead/Opportunity/Quote/ContractManagement including 1 CPQimplementation
- Deep expertise in Salesforce object and executionmodels, native and custom fieldsets
- Strong understanding of CRMprocesses, particularly Lead to Opportunity and Quote to Order,Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes.
- Experience usingversion control systems (e.g., Git) and modern DevOps tools forSalesforce development (e.g., SFDX, CI/CD pipelines).
- Aproactive, collaborative approach with a natural curiosity to learnand improve.
- Strong knowledge and grasp of relational databasedesign and data modeling
- Good interpersonal communication skillsand an affinity to work in a team environment; have the ability tohandle multiple concurrent activities with a flexible and adaptablepositive attitude
- Salesforce Certified Advanced DeveloperCertification is good to have Bonus Points For
- Experienceintegrating Salesforce with NetSuite or custom provisioningsystems.
- Familiarity with cross-system architecture and data flowbest practices.
