THE ROLE

Assist customerswith evaluations and benchmarks, system configurations, and systeminstallations. Work closely with

Engineering inhelping to define product requirements and usability, including thecreation of product specification documents. Participate in thecreation of sales strategy and tactics and takes ownership oftechnical responsibilities within customer accounts. Demonstratetechnical leadership and subject matter expertise on storageproducts, distributed storage architectures, file systems, andcompetitive storage offerings in the DAS, NAS and SAN productspaces. Creation of architecture “blueprints” for repeatablesolutions that the Sales team will deliver to the customercommunity. Help with the development of a dispersed group of systemand field engineers. Consult on how to form and build and manage aSupport organization. Requirements 5 years of experience supportingthe sales of enterprise storage to large IT organizations Positiveenergy, optimism and vision. Ability to perform in an unstructuredenvironment. Understanding of classic unstructured dataapplications and next-generation analytics and web frameworks.

Preparation and/or delivery of technical product and architecturepresentations to customers and trainees. Knowledge ofvirtualization, high-performance networking and enterprisesecurity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
