About the Role We are lookingfor a Solutions Architect, Integrations to lead the design andstrategy of integrations between our CMMS platform and ERP/otherthird-party systems. This role is responsible for defining bestpractices, mapping workflows, and creating scalable, reusableintegration frameworks that our technical team will execute. If youthrive on solving complex business challenges through systemdesign, enjoy working cross-functionally with technical andbusiness teams, and have experience with low-code/no-codeintegration tools like Make.com, Workato, or Mulesoft, we’d love tohear from you. What Youll Do in the Role Lead the architecture andstrategy for integrations between our CMMS platform and externalsystems. Engage with customers, sales, and internal teams tounderstand integration requirements and define use cases. Designand document integration workflows that ensure seamless dataexchange and automation. Create standardized, reusable and scalableintegration templates to accelerate customer onboarding.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations areimplemented as designed. Evaluate and recommend integration toolsand platforms to optimize efficiency. Monitor and improveintegration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Qualifications 7 years of experience in business systems,integrations, or enterprise architecture. Deep understanding ofsystem workflows and process mapping (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart,etc.). Familiarity with iPaaS and low-code tools (Workato,Make.com, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.). Understanding of API-basedintegrations, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and dataformats (JSON, XML). Experience working with ERP, CMMS, or SaaSintegrations is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills tobridge business and technical discussions.
