Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer atBlend, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, andmaintaining our web applications. You will work closely with ourproduct development team to understand and translate customer needsinto functional and scalable software solutions. The idealcandidate should have a robust front-end and back-end developmentbackground and experience working with various technologies. Howyou’ll contribute: Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand and translate business requirements into technicalspecifications & code. Work with product managers and UI/UXdesigners to implement new features and enhancements. Design &develop applications to scale while considering maintenance,resiliency, and robustness. Implement responsive user interfacesand ensure a seamless user experience across all devices withaccessibility in mind. Identify and troubleshoot software defectsand issues, ensuring timely resolution. Participate in the team’son-call rotation Participate in code reviews to maintain codequality and ensure best practices. Encourage great habits toenhance team practices by participating in code reviews & offeringpeer mentorship and guidance. Create your own story! Who you are:

You have a Bachelors degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of experiencebuilding high-quality production software. You are an excellentcommunicator and can operate independently & collaboratively in afast-paced environment, driving projects to a successful outcome.

You are proficient in back-end development using languages such asNode.js, TypeScript, or Golang. You have experience in front-endtechnologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScriptframeworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). You have experience workingwith databases like Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies. Forfull time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position isbetween $122,000 and $165,000. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits andperks are described below. Final base pay offer amounts will varydepending on multiple factors, including but not limited tofunction, level, geographic location, job related knowledge,skills, and experience.
