From hardware/software development and validation to problem-solving and project management, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the testing process.
What You’ll Do:
Execute test engineering operations, translating specifications into actionable test programs.
Lead the definition of test plans, procedures, and work instructions.
Set up, configure, and operate test setups, software, and instrumentation.
Direct the implementation and deployment of software and testing apparatuses.
Manage long-range project planning and budget tracking.
Provide technical guidance and support to multiple groups.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for test equipment/software issues.
Develop testing processes, tools, and procedures for new product development initiatives.
Stay updated on new technologies and implement optimizations accordingly.

Job Requirements:
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
7-8+ years of engineering experience in product development, testing, and/or manufacturing.
Proficiency in lab management software and Microsoft Office programs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in team and independent situations.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
