Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to take ownership of the architectural design and strategic direction of Salesforce-based solutions within a leading banking environment. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions are delivered across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, planning, and design of Salesforce solutions that support critical business initiatives. Define technical standards, tools, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. Evaluate and review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and leadership, to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Guide the integration of third-party applications and ensure they align with established architectural principles. Serve as a trusted advisor to development teams by providing architectural guidance and mentoring. Act as a liaison with external vendors and technology partners to communicate technical requirements and influence solution design. Support ongoing improvements in application lifecycle management, performance, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 15+ years of experience in software development with significant exposure to application architecture. Proven success as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or nCino Architect in complex enterprise environments. Strong command of Salesforce platform capabilities, including system integrations and security models. Exceptional analytical and architectural problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within banking or financial services environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect). Ability to think strategically while solving complex technical and operational challenges. Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): Salesforce Architect Certifications TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture credentials
