This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. •Responsibilities•+ Works with Plan customers to interpret and clarify business requirements and test plans, and implements system enhancements and fixes to maximize NPS utilization and performance + Researches and resolves production issues so claims can be paid accurately and timely + Explores system capabilities to support specific business needs + Performs Estimates and Designs on small to medium CSRs (
