• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant engineering field.
• 5 – 7 plus years of relevant, hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with 3 years of experience with developing or supporting Mulesoft API or other relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API management, data transformation, and flow design. Knowledge of associated technologies such as Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of Muesoft Anypoint Platform components, including API Manager and Runtime Manager.
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex integeration issues effectively.
• Understanding of industry standard system architecture and system management tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development cycle environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Preferred experience in building monitoring and alerting dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.

and other site reliability best practices concepts. looking for someone with deep production experience in a triage environment. This is more of a support role, not a developer role.
