Nashville, TN Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Architect with deep expertise in IBM FileNet P8 to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale content and workflow solutions. This role requires advanced experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, business analysis, and large-scale document management systems. The ECM Architect will be responsible for aligning ECM technology solutions with organizational needs through collaboration with technical teams and state agency stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement ECM solutions utilizing the FileNet P8 product suite, including: Content Manager Business Process Manager Business Process Framework eForms Records Manager Email Manager Conduct detailed business process and workflow analysis to identify areas for optimization and automation Lead and facilitate sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements Translate business needs into system specifications and technical designs Evaluate products from functional, technical, and business perspectives to determine suitability Provide guidance and best practices on ECM solution integration with other enterprise systems Conduct special studies and prepare detailed documentation to support business process improvement and system recommendations Consult with other technical departments and stakeholders on optimal use of the document management system Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders ranging from clerical staff to executive leadership Serve as a thought leader in ECM strategy, design, and enterprise integration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of progressive, responsible experience in enterprise content management, including design and implementation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (BA/BS required) Advanced, hands-on expertise with the IBM FileNet P8 suite Strong experience in business analysis, process modeling, and technical systems design Proven ability to facilitate interviews, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions Superior verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills Demonstrated experience with integrating ECM systems with line-of-business applications Ability to conceptualize and deliver effective and cost-efficient solutions to complex business problems

Preferred Qualifications:
