  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide technical and thought leadership across multiple areas within the organization
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address complex problems
• Develop and implement a technical software development strategy for the Observability Engineering domain
• Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of engineering solutions
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical expertise and promote best practices
  What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development and platform architecture
• Hands-on experience in building complex distributed systems, particularly with Docker and Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Go, or Python
• Experience with open-source databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and No-SQL databases such as Clickhouse or Cassandra
• Strong communication skills and experience leading projects and interacting with clients
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
• 1+ years of experience in architecture and design
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
• Experience with open-source monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus
