This is a unique opportunity to become anintegral part of our innovative, fast-paced environment where yourwork will have a direct impact on the reliability and efficiency ofour scientific operations. The ideal candidate will have abackground in E&I, Instrumentation, Preventative Maintenance,PPM, and Quality Assurance. With a minimum of 5 years ofexperience, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliabilityand resilience of all our scientific equipment and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement reliability plans thatsupport increasing the uptime of our scientific equipment andprocesses. 2. Utilize your expertise in E&I and Instrumentationto maintain and improve the performance and reliability of ourequipment. 3. Implement and manage a robust PreventativeMaintenance (PPM) schedule to reduce equipment downtime andincrease productivity. 4. Lead quality assurance initiatives toensure all processes meet our rigorous standards. 5. Conduct rootcause analysis of equipment failures and develop strategies toprevent future occurrences. 6. Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to improve equipment reliability and performance. 7. Providetechnical support and guidance to the maintenance team. 8. Developand deliver training programs to enhance the skill sets of themaintenance team. 9. Continually monitor and analyze equipmentperformance data to identify trends and opportunities forimprovement. 10. Stay current with industry best practices andemerging technologies in reliability engineering and apply thisknowledge to our operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degreein Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as a Reliability Engineer or similar role within thescientific industry. 3. Proven experience with E&I,Instrumentation, Preventative Maintenance, PPM, and QualityAssurance. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability toanalyze complex data and make informed decisions. 5. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to workeffectively in a team environment. 6. Proficient in the use ofreliability analysis software and tools. 7. Demonstrated ability tomanage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 8. Strongattention to detail and a commitment to excellence. 9. Familiaritywith industry regulations and standards. 10.
