Oversee domain consolidation, OU structures, and secure Group Policy management
Drive the implementation of tiered access models and Just-In-Time access strategies
Enhance and maintain privileged access workstation frameworks
Collaborate on access audits and continuous compliance improvements
Direct and assess managed services involved in identity and access engineering
Report to the Senior Manager, Identity & Access, and interface with leadership enterprise-wide What You’ll Need to be Considered In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Trusts and Microsoft Security Baselines
Hands-on experience with CIS benchmarks, PAM systems, and secure AD configurations
Prior leadership experience managing IAM-focused teams
Familiarity with Privileged Access Workstations and tiered security models
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree preferred; security certifications like CISSP or CISM a plus INDIT
