$90,000 – $120,000
Bonus:
Annual eligibility up to 15% What You’ll Be Doing Lead a high-performing team of IAM engineers supporting enterprise systems
Oversee Active Directory architecture: domain trusts, OU structures, and GPOs
Implement secure access strategies (tiered access, JIT, PAM)
Manage Privileged Access Workstation environments and policy enforcement
Partner with compliance teams for access audits and risk mitigation
Guide third-party vendors delivering identity services
Report to the Senior Manager, IAM and engage across the organization What You’ll Need to Be Considered Strong expertise in Active Directory Trusts, Microsoft Security Baselines, and Group Policy
Hands-on experience with CIS benchmarks, Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, and secure AD design
Proven leadership of IAM-focused engineering teams
Familiarity with tiered security models and Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs)
U.S. work authorization required
Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or Azure Security Engineer a plus INDIT
