Information Technology Full Job Description Cybersecurity Analyst, Junior Key Role:

Collaborate between cyber incident response team (CIRT) elements during incident detection and response stages, and respond promptly to all requests for support, whether via telephone, e-mail, or internal chat. Maintain the incident case management database for all reported incidents. Analyze incidents and events captured in the Case Management Database for trends, patterns, or actionable information. Leverage existing business processes and document new repeatable business processes and procedures where necessary. Contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of experience working with a Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) system Experience with Microsoft Sentinel Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security Experience working in a Security or Network Operations Center Ability to leverage existing business processes and document new, repeatable business processes and procedures where necessary Ability to work shift schedules to accommodate 24/7 operations Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in
