We are seeking experienced Junior-Level Incident ResponseAnalysts and Watchfloor Analysts to support our cybersecurityoperations. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, andresponding to security incidents in real-time, ensuring theprotection of critical systems. Based in Hunstville, AL theposition requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on experiencein incident response, and the ability to operate effectively in ashift-based environment. Lead threat monitoring activities todetect and analyze complex security incidents using SIEM tools,IDS/IPS, EDR, and other advanced security platforms. Direct andmanage incident response actions, from identification throughcontainment, eradication, and recovery. Leverage threatintelligence sources to inform proactive threat hunting andincident analysis, maintaining awareness of evolving threatlandscapes. Ensure thorough documentation of incidents andcontribute to the continuous improvement of SOC playbooks andresponse protocols. Work closely with SOC leadership, incidentresponse teams, and threat intelligence analysts to strengthen theorganization’s overall security posture. Minimum Qualifications 1year Bachelors or 4 years additional experience 1-2 years ofexperience in systems security. Top Secret with SCI eligibilityOther Job Specific Skills Must be able to communicate effectivelyand clearly present technical approaches and findings.
